RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

WE HOPE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, BUT IF YOUR PURCHASE ISN’T SUITABLE, YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER FROM THE DAY IT’S SHIPPED.

OUR FREE RETURN SERVICE COVERS MOST DESTINATIONS. HOWEVER, IN SOME COUNTRIES, ONLY A SELF-POST RETURN SERVICE IS AVAILABLE. IN THESE CASES, POSTAGE, TAXES, AND DUTY CHARGES MAY APPLY AND ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH TAGS INTACT AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, DAMAGED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY CUSTOMISED OR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS.

CANCELLATIONS: YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR PRE-ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR A FULL REFUND. AFTER 24 HOURS, CANCELLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCKING FEE. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS DUE TO THEIR EXCLUSIVE NATURE.
